Doing different methods taught me which ones work the best and what to stay away from. Very few things I've backed away from but the one workout that always brings me back and my most favorite to do is called the Animal Dice Game. You essentially take some dice and roll for an animal and one to for reps/steps, distance or if you wanted to play tag or race a friend with. I would often do the reps until I've had enough and be done. Take up to 20 animals or as many as the dice can handle and have at it. I use the D & D dice that goes up to 20. At times I would double or triple the repetitions per animal just for a fun challenge. My all time best is nearly 2000 total reps and once went close to an hour and a half straight through. The only breaks I take is getting up and rolling the dice, if I need to take a breather, I take it as long as needed. This is a lot of fun and if you're up for playing while getting a workout in that's awesome. Whenever my fiance's neice comes around, she wants me to play the dice game with her. She's 9 years old and has great energy so this game wears her out and keeps her off her Nintendo DS or watching YouTube videos on our TV . Personally I'm a kid at heart and I love making a game out of training. Takes some of the tension off and easy to burn off excess energy. In the end, it's all about getting the most out of what you love.
