To one cup of milk, blend 1 egg, 1 heaping tbsp. natural unsweetened cocoa, raw unfiltered honey to taste.
Alternative: rather than cocoa, sprinkle in some Saigon Cinnamon.
I have an Oster hand blender.
Hint from Heloise: Hold a table knife down on the top of the cup, blade side up, and crack an egg over that, so that all the egg gets into the cup. In fact, that's how I crack my eggs into a skillet, holding the point of the blade down in the skillet.
