I love Dr. Rhonda's interviews with her fellow scientists. They start with the highly technical and boil it down to the basics by the end of the hour.
Her recommendations on cruciferous veggies during her hour lecture is pretty amazing. I'm doing more collard greens, cauliflower rice, wasabi and radish.

Interesting Joe Rogan interview w/ Dr Patrick. I like it that her friend (Sachen?) is conducting research at a basic level, the beginning of science - using anecdotal experience and observation. Much more reliable than most "scientific" studies that are influenced by money to cherry pick data and publish what serves them, IMO.

Dr Patrick has interviewed Ray Cronise who advocates fasting, plant based diets, and cold( or at least cool) exposure .

She's got a huge library covering every imaginable topic. One I found fascinating was her incredibly detailed explanation of heart disease, which in many areas is contrary to what I'd learned when I researched the subject after my father got sick.
