To save you the trouble of reading the article, the exercise is take the stairs, rather than the lift or escalator. I would add, walk to the corner shop rather than taking the car.

Stairs are great! Run up them, take them 2 at a time, or 3 at a time for a good leg workout!
I tell people at work I’m using the”free gym equipment”. The smart ones get the joke, but anyone else who doesn’t I just tell them start off in reception and run up the stairs to the top floor, you’ll find the free equipment easily 😆
