I'm into parkour and aerobics so I enjoy jumping to conclusions and flying off the handle.

Up until recently it was bodyweight squats, pushups and neutral grip pullups but then I got a spin bike and started doing the spin bike instead of the squats and kept going with the pushups and pullups. For the past week it's been spin bike and an upper body dumbbell routine.

Lately I am doing strength training so I focus on exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench press, aiming for 2 sets of 12 reps each, three times a week. Keeping it simple but consistent helps me stay active and energized!

Being a boring creature of habit who fears change, it's the same swings and ab wheel work I've been doing for the past 20 years with the occasional odds and ends thrown in depending on circumstances.

Mine is Bullworker based. Mostly holds, but have been doing isotonics on it as well. The freehand/calesthenics done for the warm-up/warm-down are the cardio. I like to do something daily, but depends on soreness and energy feels.

Seriously, my current fitness workouts include the following:
1) weighted pull-ups - once a week
2) weighted bar dips - once a week
3) kettlebell stuff - both single KB and double KB overhead presses, rack squats, swings and snatches generally done in isolation rather than as a complex or chain and generally on different days because I'm going heavier and it's more strength-oriented rather than endurance.
4) burpees - 3 to 5 days a week
I'll occasionally do some bodyweight pull-ups and bar dips but I'm not doing the high volume thing these days. I've also been doing weighted pull-up bar timed hangs lately.
Most of what I do is documented on my YouTube channel so that when I'm an old man sitting in a rocking chair crapping my pants, I'll be able to view my videos and take great delight thinking about the things I used to do.

Using no routine as routine. Having no program as program.
I have a large exercise menu from which to choose. I do "typical" often, "changes/substitutions" when I feel like it, "seasonal" sometimes, "occasional" for variety.
Typical is a dip, a hang (with or without pull-up), KB or DB lifts and moves, DL pulling weight up from between my feet, loaded carries and/or swings, isometrics/stretching/stretching-under-load, ab wheel or elbow/knee/ring-of-fire hang-outs, micro moves and/or holds.
I don't do ALL of the "typical" exercises in one day, but I do something every day.
