I never really put much thought into this move as being of much use, but I linked a handle to my Bullworker to give better extension on these so it's more like a real bow. I never liked the limited ROM with this move on a bullworker. This might be a great high rep exercise, I noticed in the mirror it seemed to puff out my traps, even the front of them, which I haven't really seen before, as well as being a great upper arm/shoulder move.

In experimenting with the bullworker it does depend where you hold it. I vary by aiming my extended arm up, across, or down for various effect.

The true Archer Pull with a chest expander was always one of my favorite exercises. It's even better with the Gorilla Bow.
