Is that some sort of playground talk? I've got no idea wtf it's supposed to mean, m8?

If you think that was a fun read just wait until I release my non functional training course, Michael m8 I'm still waiting to read an answer to your question; 'which strengths do not function?' If there are functional strengths, there must also be non-functional strengths. If not, using the word "functional' to define and differentiate the word "strength" from "non-strength" (or whatever other options there may be) has no meaning. All you would need is the word "strength" since if it doesn't function, there is no strength. Functioning is what strength does because it's strength and it does what strength does - strong stuff ..... or sometimes, just lifting someone out of bed in the morning - it all takes strength to move the body, so try to keep it functioning, m8s!.
