Did 100 of these yesterday during my workout in sets of 25 with little rest. It does get the heart rate up fast and feels awesome afterwards.

Did 100 of these yesterday during my workout in sets of 25 with little rest. It does get the heart rate up fast and feels awesome afterwards. They do this at my kids martial arts class I call it reaching for the toilet paper and taking a dump.
