It had sat in our garage since we moved here over 4 years ago.
The summer before this last one, I walked everyday. But, then I didn't walk during the winter. This past summer I didn't walk as much as I should have. I paid for it during our vacation. Winter's coming on and i am now determined to keep the legs and hips limber throughout the entire year, and to get in the aerobics afforded by either walking or hitting the Gazelle. I set it up earlier today and gave it a 20 minute go. Felt great! Now, come rain or snow, there are no excuses.

Try using the Suspension Trainer as a "cardio device" . The Trainer is far more versatile than any commercial equipment; you won't be constrained by the equipment's design.
