Alrighty, not exactly what was requested but here goes nothing. First picture - No, not a workout pic, but still like this one from a trip to Taiwan...my handy-dandy Iso-Bow hanging from my hotel balcony, push up handles on the floor. Not very exciting but cool shot of Hsinchu City near the science and engineering sectiion. Second picture - My resting heart rate and the heart rate before heading out for a run recently. Brought it down via the focus on VO2 training and tweaking the diet, will continue to work on both. BP's down to the point even my MD's surprised. My lowest numbers for both was when I was running hardcore years ago. Third picture - "Boots". Sitting down for lunch after working on a friend's ranch looking for wild hog and bringing in a couple of calves that had wandered off through some damaged barbed wire. Also required a bit of fence mending due to the hogs.

That iso-bow on the balcony must be a real conversation-starter

The heart rate pic is a decent indication that you're doing something right .

The heart rate pic is a decent indication that you're doing something right . Actually, a little more than decent in some respects. As I understand it, you can have a low resting HR as the result of training and diet/getting lean. OTOH, you can have a low resting HR as a result of things misfiring which is where meds, possible surgery and a possible lifetime on blood thinners come in. UGH.
