I looked up "Snork" and it said that it's a dialectal word for snore so the original title of the thread was actually ok, Thag m8

Try tongue and throat exercises, like playing wind instruments or doing exaggerated vowel sounds if snoring continues, consult a healthcare professional for advice.

My wife snored like a whale. Thank God for divorce!

I've had a life-long issue with congestion, and for the past few months I've been doing tongue circles, and it has helped tremendously. I still have some issues, but my sinuses are the clearest they've been in my life. My throat is getting clearer too.

Ilya, I stopped consuming dairy products and the congestion eased up a lot. I later stopped consuming wheat products and the problem was gone within 3 days, m8.

Maybe, but dairy is the only kind of food I remotely enjoy, so I'm not gonna stop. And besides, the fact that I'm seeing big improvements from doing an exercise is a proof that there was a mechanical problem in my face, so why wouldn't I want to fix that regardless of what I eat? Those masseter muscles have to be strengthened and stretched.

The gut renews its ONE CELL lining every 3 days (actually a little less, but close enough). It's doing this constantly, of course, but approx 3 days is how long it takes for the cycle to complete with all new cells.

I don't know if I came off as angry or something in my post, but I definitely wasn't. I appreciate any attempt at helping me. I was just explaining why I think that it's still worth it to exercise your face. In fact, I'd add that I suspect that the majority of people would probably benefit from exercising the tongue. That's interesting, because one pattern that I've noticed in the last decade of improving my health is that, generally, I start to notice changes after 3 days. I don't know if it's due to this phenomenon or if it's that "3" comes up frequently in the universe.
