I don't say this often but this old dog was taught new tricks. It does have a combat thrust to it but still really useful. Magnus take a look at those giant square hammers. Lots of band work too

Great stuff, A+ for creativity. Lots of stuff to like; for me, the resistance band aided stuff. Really liked the rear kicks with resistance bands.

Lots of band work too Yeah he's a beast ! I have similar hammers but I'd say maybe half that size, they're around 9 pounds empty and are loadable up to about 20 pounds. Got a pair from Amazon for less than $40 apiece a few years ago and they're well worth it. This is one of the few workout items that I've bought over the years that are manufactured flawlessly and arrived without a scratch or a mark on them. They're almost too nice to use and I can see someone just buying them to use as display pieces. Shortly after I purchased them they became 'unavailable' from Amazon and the only other place to get them was Titan Fitness, the exact same hammer for a bit more money. Titan still has them listed but they're "Out of Stock" right now... I highly recommend grabbing a pair when / if they comeback in stock Here's the link to the Titan Fitness site: www.titan.fitness/strongman/functional-weights/heavy-hammers/loadable-thor-hammer/430042.html

The Thor's Hammers look great. I recently bought a 6kg mace. I was worried it was going to be too light but definitely not, at least not if I want to use perfect form. I will be taking a leaf outcof this guy's book and have subscribed to his YT channel. My 12 yeqr old son will like this too, he does preas uos most days and is into exercise, he told me he does not really like weights but is into bodyweight stuff.
I can see my workouts incorporating more 'non weights' exercises, with my recent purchase of the mace and parallettes.
