Yes, its the best site ever. Their training methods will give you off the charts strength. The results you get will leave your critics gnashing their teeth on their psychiatrist’s couches. Follow every piece of training advice, no matter how contradictory it is to what JP said the month before or how much it violates every proven training principle.

I have an Isorobic exerciser that I bought on Ebay for 50 euros and I can't imagine buying an Isochain. The Isorobic has so much more options for working out. From fitness to strongman. The new price of the Isorobic is $480 but they are secondhand very cheap.

Thanks for the links. I ordered one ( paid an extra buck for the numbered version).. Looks like a decent piece of equipment, for stretching and some ISO’s. Do you own one? And if so, your personal experience with it

And if so, your personal experience with it I own both the strap and the handles. The handles are the most sturdy thing you could buy, use them with strong carabiners to Hook them to the strap or resistance bands. The strap is short, so you need 2 for oh presses. It is very good, but Bruce's strap is superior: longer, numbered, sturdier and I suspect the nylon webbing is bit better in the long run. Second best I have seen after Bruce's. Both reccomended, no doubt.

jonrock, I got the strap today. Nice feel, good quality and a value at that price.
I used Shens handles to do some iso deadlifts.I do a 45 second hold, with a slow ramp up to maybe 50-60% max effort, then de ramp slowly. I’m not a “strong guy”, I don’t think I have the pulling power to break a loop.
Thx for the recommendation.
