Found Mark Wildman and has a lot of videos on YouTube.
Big emphasis on kettlebells and clubbells with the math and science behind the movements and many other types of exercises.

History suggests improvising your own clubs ain't such a bad idea : e.g. Attach weight plates to one end of a pipe

Or wrap your clubs with thrift store ankle weights and duct tape.

At a juggling convention I went to, there was a club making workshop. A PET bottle, a piece of dowel and a screw where all that was required. You stuck the dowel in the bottle and secured it with the screw through the base. As juggling clubs, there were surprisingly good. If you filled the bottle with sand, you would possibly get a servicable swinging club.
Before you ask, I can juggle 4 rings or balls, but only three clubs. I can't get four clubs to pass each other.

Holy cowshit, Seeing that left me billious and weak at the knees. Old carlson lost his sea legs there for a minute. Never, in all my years on this big blue and green blob have I seen such sickeningly outlandish degenerate behaviour. Coke swinging cabbages abound! This is obnoxious - an ugly blemish on mankind. Pretty soon I expect I will see this utter nonsense in the local park, then we really are all screwed. ..swinging f ing soda bottles in public... ...nauseous... ...lack of human values... ...can't... take ... anymore...

My ortho would agree with this almost 100%. He's told me more than once our biomechanics didn't evolve over the centuries to do 90% of gym lifts. We walked, ran, carried, pushed, swam. No laying or sitting on benches to press weights or using pulley enabled weights. And, we picked up what was within the limits of our biomechanical design. Frank Forencich, in his first book notes this and goes on to say you won't see 'primitive' societies -- Bushmen, Aborigones, etc., dropping and doing pushups. One of my favorite statues is in Rome at the Vatican is Laocoön and His Sons and matches "David", IMHO. With both, they align with the videos on classic human physiques vs. current.
