Probably nothing but I might buy another adjustable dumbbell set if I see a used set cheap enough on Facebook.

This past 'Black Friday' I purchased a 25 pound 'Power Guidance' brand Mace for $47.99 on Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality and at that price it was an absolute steal.

Thinking of a new chin/dip stand, one with a neutral grip chin set-up. I hate to spend the money since I already have a stand, but would love the neutral grip as it's the only position that doesn't jack up my elbows. I have a doorway bar I am using now which works fine I guess.

You could use the dip handles for body rows as a great alternative to chins and your your grip will be neutral. Or you could make some very simple handles to attach to a doorway bar. www.angelfire.com/ny5/shenandoah/Grunt/Misc.htmlwww.angelfire.com/ny5/shenandoah/Grunt/Bodyweight.html

I want to buy what John Meadows has on the end of the bar for landmine rows. Does any one know what it's called?
