Here's the summation:
Dead lift the maximum weight possible three times -- minimum to pass is 140 pounds for 3 reps
Throw a 10-pound medicine ball overhead and backward for distance -- minimum to pass is 4.5 meters (a little under 15 feet)
Complete as many pushups as possible in 2 minutes (what it's calling "hand release pushups") -- minimum is 10 reps
Five 50-meter shuttles: sprint, sled drag, lateral, medicine ball carry, and sprint (what they're calling the "sprint-drag-carry") -- minimum is 3 minutes
Complete as many leg tucks as possible, or maintain a plank position for as long as possible -- minimum is 1 leg tuck or 2-minute, 9-second plank
Run 2 miles on a flat outdoor course for time -- minimum is 21 minutes
On paper, and at first glance, this doesn't sound all that difficult. However, here's a demo:
