Everybody should be including a set or two of these in their workout, m8s. Been doing sets of those for years, Bruv. It goes well with the Bruv/ billfish advanced training methods to reach higher levels heretofore unknown.

I used to do 500 reps of those per day, but cut down to 475 because they were causing shoulder issues

Well well well, who's this buck toothed, bandy legged bumboy with bungee cord for shoulder joints? Why carlson, it's only another becapped al fresco asswipe with an addiction to half dressed public displays of ultimate physical jabronery. The range of motion on display here would make flat footed riverdancing ruffian, michael flatley roll his eyes and turn in his gayest of all graves (and the turnip faced tit head's not even dead). There's more movement here than in the front of billfinger's brown stained yfronts when he watches Andy's legendary push ups video. I've sailed the 7 seas, 7 times at least, and this much movement makes even old carlson feel faint and in need of a stiff rum. Hats off to the level of strength on display here, but a big booted kick up the bony backside for idiotic movementism. This plank can kiss his joints goodbye in a few years, as they spectaculary explode in a shitty shower of abused bone fragments and clapped out cartilage.
