Rest day.
Tomorrow starts week #2. This program adds one rep per workout. I start with 6 pull-ups for the first round tomorrow. I'll continue doing them with a full-extension hang at the bottom for a 3-count for each rep.

Rested 3:00 between rounds.
Full bottom hang for 3 count for all reps. For last 2 rounds, 3-count hold at the top and then 3-count hang at the bottom.
All reps were clean and good.

Good work pumpooni. Remember, never let nobody say you dont no nothing about know damn pull ups, if knowbodies no less than half as much as you have forgotten knowing then they're not nearly half as likely to not forget knowing what they really oughta know. No what I'm sayin?

Rested 3:00 between rounds.
Full bottom hang for 3 count for all reps. For last 2 rounds, 3-count hold at the top and then 3-count hang at the bottom.
All reps were clean and good. Pause hang at the bottom was longer today for all reps, makes it harder.

Tomorrow is a rest day, yeah!! Starting 7 pull-ups for first round next week, will definitely be tougher.

Rested 3:00 between rounds.
Full bottom hang for 3 count for all reps. For last 2 rounds, 3-count hold at the top and then 3-count hang at the bottom.
Going to be a tougher week starting with 7 pull-ups for the first round. I managed all today but look forward to the workout of 7-7-6-5-4. Hoping to keep the 3:00 rest interval all this week; we'll see.

Harder today. I think my 3-counts were longer today. Chin didn't quite clear the bar for 3-count hold for 4th pull-up of 5th round but it was good enough for me to call it good. Tomorrow is going to be harder.

Full bottom hang for 3 count for all reps but no 3-count chin over bar holds for rounds 4 and 5; too hard with today's workout. All pull-ups were clean.
Things are getting harder.
