Since we have been talking weighted walks, this one is not as glamorous sounding as a "Gun Walk" but it may be just as useful:

I'm a big proponent of the Benny B chimp walk. I scared the crap out of one our cats when I did it but Mrs BigBruvOfEnglandUK thought it was hilarious, m8s.

One of the reasons I like exercising with my stones is that I like awkward exercise. e.g., walking with a stone in one, alternating, hand and pushing it overhead for a waiter's walk, held at various heights, but always elbow unlocked. I've found that the shape and surface texture of the stone, contributing to grip security, determines how heavy it can be.

I always find Tim Anderson to be a slightly unnerving guy. He's a John Brookfield student and I think they were planning on running John's bible-based workout camps together. Not sure if it ever happened.

I do weighted carries at the end of my sessions. I use kettlebells and have used this carry before. Another carry I like with the KB is the bottom up carry. But I do whatever carry I feel like doing even though my favorite is the suitcase because it feels good for my back.
