Thanks for posting. You know, I think I prefer this, using the equipment, with just the handweights it is a little too like the aerobics classes so bug in thw 90s. I don't question it's effectivenesss thought. I have done similar on my chin up frame to this here, after being inspired by Dr Len, but I have to admit I was nowhere near as inventive with my movements.

Part of what I uploaded was scrambles as it was in chart form, not sure if anyone noticed or cared. I would be interested to see if it corrected that part of the manual. It was a word document, but got altered when i uploaded it. So yes I would like a copy, maybe you could also post it in the manual section as well. john
