I’d be curious to see what the researchers classified as a “more toned” body. I find it hard to believe women prefer the dad bod to a reasonable muscular build like Jason Stratham or Tom Cruise.

I’ve found it to be generally true. Women have said to me they find it intimidating if I’m really lean. They feel I’m judging them and their bodies and that I must think they’re fat. I think a softer body makes them feel more comfortable.
Most of the guys I see on the beach with hot girlfriends have dad bods.

You know when I think back to when I was in my teens and 20s I would have been intimidated by the smoking hot girl as well, but I sure liked looking at them. So if women prefer to be “hit on” by the dad bod then do they prefer to look at the dad bod or the hot guy? |
