All of the Health for Life books base it's workout programs (Secrets of Advanced Bodybuilders, The Secrets of Advanced Bodybuilders: Supplement, Synerstretch,
Power Forearms, and Legendary Abs: Gold Edition) on a Syngerism approach.
You sequence exercises for maximum benefit based on how the muscles interact. The Power Forearm workout when I first used it in 1996 had exercises that I had never seen and were very unique to me. As the web has become widespread since 1996 when I first ordered the book, I found the the exercises on the web. However, I find the sequence, the cadence, the repetitions, and the set scheme while not rocket science is effective because it's designed to produce results in minimum time.
I have almost all of the books, such as Maximum Calves and the Total Neck and Traps book and the VHS tapes: Synerstretch, Power Forearms, Fast Feet, Reflex Speed, and Punching power.
I find the science and the approach logical and helps produce functional strength.
However, no longer in business and had to buy the books from Amazon and Ebay.
