Impressive, he doesn’t look like he weighs more than 175. One of the instructors over at Strongfirst did a SOTS press (3:00 mark) with 88 lbs.

Hector is a Senior Strongfirst Instructor also. Yeah 88lbs SOTS press is impressive but 71lbs is not too shabby either. He has a free thing he gives away called kettlebell snacks if something likes KB training sessions.

Before he became a grip guy, Adam Glass was one of the stronger dragondoor types. As far as I understand, he basically just did PTTP and some of the kettlebell programs exactly as written, unlike the other 99% of guys over there who were always looking for shortcuts.

I tried to put up the link but for some reason, I can't do it right now. The website is strongashec.com. You have to sign up for his email list to get the workouts. You can always cancel after you get the workouts.

Undoubtably very strong, but I don't find things like this particularly motivating, I mean the skilled movements. Things like this are about a hell of a lot of technique and utilising momentum, body mechanics etc. Not to take away from him because it is certaonly a feat, but I would much rather see someone just puch a heavy bar overhead or do a heavy deadlift.
