I got in no exercise through the month of December - just too much going on. Aside from the usual Holiday rush, I also worked virtually around the clock to make those two Parisian vendor carts for my wife - one for her Birthday in early December, and one for Christmas.
Anyway, come January 1st, I just wasn't ready to hit the grueling workouts. All this past month I've been doing a Bullworker workout, three days a week. I do multiple exercises for each muscle group, and then for one of those exercises for each muscle group, I'm doing 10 reps, ending with an iso. I'm really enjoying this program.
Anyway,...............right.

That's all that counts Bruce, that You're enjoying what You're are doing. Sometimes a change in what we usually do makes it fun and interesting. I've had times where I've skipped out on stuff because I became too busy with other stuff. It was definitely worth it on Your part because those Parisian vendor carts were very nice. I'm sure Your wife was really happy with them.
