thank you Sir. I'm just really getting started on the "other" big lifts. Hopefully I can find some good gains in them along with some renewed energy. I'm enjoying what I am doing right now.

a snippet from my log. Maybe the iso work will be of some or maybe no interest to you guys.
02-03-21
Snatch Grip Deadlift Iso Hold (bottom pin)- 405 x 3 seconds
Snatch Grip Rack Pull(bottom pin)- 405x3, 455x1, 315x12
Defranco Banded KB Shrugs- 50lbs KB's hung from mini bands- 2x20
One Arm Band Rows- 2x20
Glute Ham Raise- x10, 6
Roman Chair Situp- +10lbs x 2x15
Leg Curls- 2 chains- a bunch of reps until I couldn't lift anymore
My good friend and mentor John McKean really helped some issues that I was having with my rack iso work with the bar banging all over the place with heavier weights. Added two pads and bingo, cured the issue but also made the iso much more active and harder. These things are going to produce for me in the long run. A 500lbs Snatch Grip Deadlift would be incredible for me as 405 is the best I've pulled thus far but judging by the iso hold I am good for more.

02-14-21
McKean Pause Close Grip Floor Press+ IW red band- 235x2, 155x22, 135RP set- 21, 11, 6
Curl Grip Pulldown- (rest pause) 155 x 16, 8, 3
Front Band Raise/DB Upright Row/Band Pull Apart- 2x20
EZ Curl Reverse Curl- bar x 50, 30, 20
JM Press- 85 x 20, 20, 20
Great workout with great energy. The Floor Presses were done with a style that John McKean shared with me using bands. They start from a dead start from the bottom. The band is looped around your lower back and then over the bar and the end loop goes around your neck. Its like the band is doubled. Let me assure you these are not easy by no means.
I'm still keeping everything relatively light for the upper body work with lots of high reps. It seems to be working great as everything continues to get better and better. I was really pleased with the 235x2 on the Floor Press. Didn't think I'd ever press this kind of weight several months ago. I think switching the main lifts every week is great for someone like myself that has lots of overuse injuries.
So, another good one in the books!

That front squat iso looks tough and awkward, do you warm up much beforehand?
