States suing the federal government is something that's been around for a long time but it went to stratospheric levels with President Trump was the man. That turd of a man from California who was it's Attorney General and now the nominee to be federal HHS Secretary, probably led the pack with California-initiated frivolous lawsuits about anything President Trump-related. Everything about the American Democratic Party is a lie, starting with their name. This is now a Socialist/Communist anti-American platform counting on the race card every 4 years, with nothing to offer America. They make me want to puke. They have dumb-downed enough Americans now to not question even the loss of their own liberty.
