Katy Bowman's book Move Your DNA expands on the idea of frequent daily movement . Moreover, the book illustrates movements that correct bodily misalignments that often occur with sedentary lifestyles .

I have some of Clarence's books in my limited library of less than 10 publications on diet, health and fitness. Like most of us and others like Steve Maxwell, Pete Wagner, Matt Schifferle, Jason Gallant, etc, if you read what he wrote early compared to what he wrote later, you will notice that he learned as he went. Good stuff.

If anyone needs instruction on movement, spend time hanging out with little grandsons. If you don’t have any, ask a friend who has some if both of you can tag along with grandsons for a day.
Covert Bailey, remember him, would give this prescription during his lectures.
