I have bought many vhs and dvds of various fighting skills.
However, Paul Vunak has provided the few, simple, easy gross motor skills in his street fighting dvds.
He adheres to Hicks Law (Keep is simple stupid) of a few, simple, limited techniques!
The first 3 Street Fightig (I, II, III) tapes cover, the 8 tools:eye poke, ear slap, front scoop kick, oblique kick, headbutts, knees, and elblows, and biting to escape. Also he trains on knife fighting (don't do it, defang the snake), 8 angles of using a stick, trapping, joint locks, and throws, ground fighting, At the end of each scenario, he advises to ESCAPE the situation!
Rapid Assault Training (RAT) is a field stripped version the Street Fighting DVDs, very effective, brutal, and efficient.
The DVD on Killer Instinct covers the adrenalinzation and how to prepare your body to handle the effect on your body.
The DVD on Attributes stresses the generic athletic speed, strength, and stamina which decides the winner, instead of the fine motor techniques.
In short, good dvds.

Interesting comments about self-defense. Enjoyed reading the various perspectives about street fighting.
