I'd like to know this guys cholesterol numbers. Sounds like a walking heart attack waiting to happen with all the saturated fat, especially when combined with the sugar he consumes. Fat is needed, but there are limits like anything else.
He doesn't seem shredded in this video.

Cholesterol is essential to the human body. It does not cause heart attack any more than virus cause disease. Both cholesterol and virus are part of your body's system that is working to keep you alive and healthy. (Virus do not cause disease and are not contagious, in case you've missed that.) Cholesterol numbers are arbitrarily advanced to create fear, sell more statins and keep people on the drug habit. Once again, like vaccines, it's about $$$, not your health.
Your body makes the cholesterol you need, so if you are eating real food, no worry. Any excess dietary cholesterol is flushed down the toilet.
Check into food combining. Protein + fat = good. Protein + carbs = good. Carbs (especially the high Glycemic Index ones) + Fat = bad. He also eats a lot of papaya and pineapple for digestive enzymes. I don't remember if he said he ate kraut, but probiotics are also helpful.
