I do suitcase walks with a single KB in the gym - 20kg is the heaviest they have. I find it really works the core, especially the lower back as the number of laps increase.

There are times where I'll do different types of carries within my circuits. You know like Chandler Marchman does. They are fun. Like Trog, I do like the suitcase walks because they make my back feel great.

This was only the second time I’ve done double weighted waiter’s carry. If you want to learn how to lock your body and core for lifting something heavy, this is a good one.

I just tried a one armed suitcase carry with my 24kg bell. What a great movement.

I once did a double suitcase carry workout using a pair of 20kg KBs where I walked with them for 30 seconds then put them down for recovery for 30 seconds. I did this EMOM for 60 minutes. It was probably my best trap workout ever.
