Drape a towel over any sturdy doortop, grab the ends columnar or finger grip. Hang by the ends thru out the day but not so ur hands hurt or get tired. Columnar grip is easier to do. Later on u can progress to finger grip.

I use one of my rope loops with vinyl tube handles, DIY Isokinator, slung over the p.u. bar. I can open and close my hands for grip exercise while hanging onto the handles.

I don't know if there's an advantage to training fingers individually but if there is something like that would let you close the fingers into a comfortable position. I think guys who chase numbers on one finger deadlift etc. often get injured and this will probably be a safer way to do it.

Be careful after your finger strength improves when picking your nose or scratching your balls. You might seriously injure them.
