Nice..I can see the flowology and mechanics of each system..used in each device..its cool how it all translates..Im still thinking isotonometrics is the most variable in terms of you can push or pull grip..anywhere within your 360 life space..none the less these extenders and panx lend them selves to great variety..and of course each has its own great benefiet...do you have any of his homemade ISO vids coming up?

I do stuff like that with my sticks, stones and light weights. Glad to see this.

Are there any specs and good pix of the tools he's using?

Are there any specs and good pix of the tools he's using? To me it looks like multiple HH handles with collars linking them in the middle and HH weights on the ends to form a weighted bar.

The gloves: Do you think they weigh 3# each?
The DB weights: 10# each?
The Extendor: 25#?

HH handles are 1 pound each and I see 4 handles. The weights on the ends look like the set that makes an 8 pound dumbbell so they are 3.5 pounds each (3.5 x 2 plus a 1 pound handle equals 8 pounds) so I believe the extendor is at least 11 pounds. I can't really tell what weight the gloves are.

OK, thanks. Thinkin about a DIY version. Should be easy to duplicate @ 10# - 15#. Those gloves appear to me to be DIY, so I was guessing at 3# due to their bulk. I know they can be purchased in 2# ea wt. I already have pairs of 3#, 5#, 8# & 10# DB's in my collection, so I'm covered on those.

The gloves: Do you think they weigh 3# each? The DB weights: 10# each? The Extendor: 25#? Hi Mikey The Extendor is HH Handles just attached together by a "coupling" if you will. I have the actual Extendor, but before I received the "couplings" I made DIY versions with a 12 inch, 3/4 inch pipe as well as a 36 inch pipe, which would correspond to a 2 handle and six handle version, then used couplings at the end, then nipples long enough to accommodate the 2.5 and or 1.25# plates I chose to use on each end. Mine are 20# and 25# respectively. I have a picture with them I was going to post for you, but can not get it to attach! In one of the videos I will get around to posting Len, Dr. Schwartz even mentions using a 30 or 40# Extendor for some moves he demonstrates. john
