I'd purchase a PAN-x like device if one ever becomes available . Meanwhile, the video inspires ways of doing panaerobics with existing equipment .

A medley of similar exercises can be done using an adjustable suspension device anchored to a pullup bar

So, this is a "Pan-X device? Looks easy enough to DIY. Yes! I made my own version in 2008 using 1 and 1/2 inch PVC Pipe, swinging arms and all, just not adjustable, made it to fit myself specific to my desire! |

After countless flight hours spent on innovative paerobics & a healthy lifestyle Dr. Len died of leukemia at age 84. Didn't seem to increase his healthspan & his median lifespan was on par with the national average. Anyways, I guess he lived a rich full life & made the world a better place? That should count for something.
