The wheel reinvented. Joe Weider sold an exact replica of this apparatus in his magazines during the 70s. Now, that I'm older n' wiser (Ha! Ha!) I understand its true value because it trains the full ROM under dynamic tension (safety) & is a form of PNF stretching combined. I need to use this concept for my locked shoulder.
