The idea of a bed/gym is brilliant. Wake up in the morning and without even getting outa bed, rack the overhead bar down and fasten for a few semi-pullups, the Hook attachments firmly in place at each end of the bar, for "morning stretches". At the foot of the bed another bar to be strained against for "bed-lifts", then the overhead bar unracked for some free-weight "bed-presses". The bullworker under the pillow whipped out for a round of "iso-mattress tension" exercises and to top it all off, roll over on your front and knock off 30 "Duvet Dive-bombers". A worthwhile overall blanket workout without getting up at all. Then the icing on the sheet, you can flop back down to sleep again. What more could a bloke want ? ...and then finish up with this "blanket workout". For the vast majority of us without a 'bed/gym' (or any other equipment) it's a great stand-alone workout Great ! And let's not forget, in the case you've pissed your bed in the night, the wringing out of wet sheets, for grip, wrist/forearm strength. Nobody got on the wrong side of the old-time washer women who spent most of their years wringing wet clothes out. Not if they had any sense.
