What exactly do you "feel"? I just tossed my jar of Six Star from Walmart in the trash when I read this because it sure didn't seem to be doing much of anything when I was taking it daily.

Henry- I agree the old EAS stuff was solid as heck. I honestly think that the Phosphagain in the old metal tins that came out around 95-96 time frame had a little something extra in it. I've never used a supplement before or since that can even touch that stuff in terms of gains. Absolutely felt like a superman when I used it.
Then all of a sudden EAS got really popular and they started changing their supplements and the Phosphagain didn't have no where near the punch it had originally. The original was probably like the old Hot Stuff, just a tad of good old dianabol mixed in to hook the buyers.

If anyone knows how a buzz should feel, it would be Henry.

What exactly is Creatine supposed to do for you? us.myprotein.com/thezone/supplements/what-does-creatine-do/I never felt a difference when I used Creatine in the past. As Henry and JRMP stated I did feel a little difference with the old formula of EAS Phosphagen. But I couldn't afford to keep buying it at the time. The only other supplements I felt a difference using in the past was glutamine and ZMA.

I got the maximuscle one and nothing compares to it now. Not even close. I'm sure they were putting something else in it.

I think they cut it with chalk some brands. That's it! The secret ingredient!

Perhaps the creatine buzz comes from it being cut with caffeine powder .

another "real" supplement was original Ultimate Orange. That stuff was bad to the bone with all the ephedra in it. Take a dose in the afternoon and come 4am you were still raring to go!

I thought I would try it after Joel mentioned it on The Pushups Forum: www.tapatalk.com/groups/newpushups/what-have-you-learned-t1312.htmlThe Walmart brand stuff I mentioned earlier did nothing but lay in my stomach like something that was hard to digest, so I thought I might try one more higher quality product.

From Deuce's link: Well, there's a valid reason for getting some.
