Thank you for posting this. It took me a while to listen to all of it, which I did while doing other things, since I listened to it in approx thirds, but it was worth every minute.

Is that Buddha there with Joe Rogan on the desk?
...think HE would know what Zen is?

Is that Buddha ........ on the desk? It's a Buddha statue fountain dispenser for ayahuasca.

Rogan will invite any quack on his podcast as long as they reaffirm his bias, stopped listening regularly to his podcast long ago due to this. Plus he never shuts up and gives his guests a chance to speak, so he spoils it even when he does have an interesting guest who actually knows what they are talking about.

Joe's interview with Katy Bowman is an example of a interesting guest.

Rhonda doesn't get interrupted too often by Joe when she's on the podcasts...

Mikey is the obvious choice to try the cold potato diet.

are potatoes now officially paleo? I don't know. I don't know much about paleo. Only what I've heard on podcasts or read on the forums. I used to interpret "paleo" as meaning 'what my great grandparents ate', but from what I've been exposed to, it seems there's more to it than that, if I carfed to investigate, which I don't. Tubers have been eaten by native peoples for a long time, I think. I just focus on eating real food and potatoes are real food.

Listen to the podcast and you'll find out what he was saying about cold potato. It had nothing to do with any sort of paleo agenda.
