In the words of Greg I quit lifting weights in 2004. At the time I weighed in the range of 210-217. Currently at 5-10, I weight 188. I started the methods I use now in 2006. Surprisingly to most, despite being almost being 30 pounds lighter, I am bigger in the chest, wider in the shoulders (from a 46 to a 50 coat size), bigger in the arms, and much smaller in the waist. I wear size 32 pants now compared to the size 38's I was having to wear. I also allowed my legs to slim down because I much prefer being able to run and do martial arts kicking rather than to just have big legs. My mistake it was 188 lbs not 180 lbs. That sounds pretty interesting, Blag. What do you attribute that to, and what kind of workout do you do now? He was quoting Greg but for some reason only known to himself, he decided not to use either quote marks or quote boxes. :blagdunce
