Wondering if this is 28" like the Bullworker Pro. I thought I read that somewhere but a google search was fruitless.
Also how heavy is the spring and how useful could this be?
I've got an ISO7X but this seems like it could be a cheaper alternative to something like a Bullworker Steel Bow, maybe?

I have one. It is 27 1/4" long, and the spring is relatively light. I can close it with a chest compression. I got it off of Ebay to use for a couple of exercises; hold it behind my back with my arms down and compress it inward, and, while seated, brace one handle against the instep of one foot , turn my torso away, and push down with the other hand, elbow locked, for lat and triceps. I can do that with another Bullworker I have, but I like the long range of motion I can get from the Lady.
The handles on mine are light brown. I also have a brown-handled Bullworker. When I place them side by side, they look like two shades of poop.

The Lady seems to be the most reasonably priced type of Bullworker one can find used on e-bay.
My ISO7x has black handles but I can see adding my first poop colored fitness implement. Why not, as long as it is useful.

I have 6 bullies of varying resistance levels, and I use them all. My brown handled Bullworker I've had for over 40 years.

I have one in each corner and two strategically centered. There's no escaping them.

Would be nice to know where the ISO7X sits next to the true Bullworkers stat wise.

The ISO 7X has 90 lbs resistance. I know because I measured it on my bathroom scale and it's even with the Bullworker 3 Brown handle sold in America.
