I believe that muscle memory means the ability to quickly regain size and strength after a lengthy layoff. It's true. Been there, done that.

Casey Viator was one of the wildest examples that I've seen. He'd been a competitive bodybuilder, lost a finger or two in an industrial accident and got deathly ill from an infection losing size and strength, before returning to competitive bb'ing. Steroids were no doubt a big factor, but, to put on that much muscle in a month or so speaks to the phenomenom. When I had wrist surgery in the 90s, I could only do dynamic tension exercises and was allowed to use up to 10lbs...definitely lost some size, but, kept things tight per se. A few months after starting to lift again, I was back to my previous poundages and the LBM returned. Probably not as easy after 40, 50, etc. Viator: 30 days of HIT training.

Well I have had to set up a crowd funding site, it is a sad story, my muscles have lost their memory. My arms should be 20 inches, my chest 60 inches and my waist 26 inches, but no matter how much treatment they have had, they are still not there. I need just one million and I can get miracle treatment (retire) so any donations would be gladly recieved.
