In all seriousness, Seeker, one thing I loved touring when I was there was the HMS Victory - Lord Nelson's flagship in Portsmouth... And I loved strolling along the walled wharf in Portsmouth and stopping into some pubs.

the best "folly" in the UK has got to be Portmeirion, forget a single building as a folly, this is an entire Italian Riviera village recreated in shitty North Wales and used as "The Village" in the iconic 1960's TV series "The Prisoner".
