".....As people age, their intestinal stem cells begin to lose their ability to regenerate. These stem cells are the source for all new intestinal cells, so this decline can make it more difficult to recover from gastrointestinal infections or other conditions that affect the intestine. This age-related loss of stem cell function can be reversed by a 24-hour fast, according to a new study from MIT biologists. The researchers found that fasting dramatically improves stem cells’ ability to regenerate, in both aged and young mice...." Autophagy gets impaired with age like everything else. This can be simply corrected by increasing spermidine intake. Wheat germ & soy are the highest foods containing spermidine. New study shows fasting under select conditions gets u buff due to the rebound effect. True fasting is beyond 24hours or better. Maximum limit is 4 days. The gravy piques especially during refeed due to enhanced stem cell production during that time window. Broccoli, green tea & turmeric increase stem cell activity. In the past several decades many bodybuilders consumed a staggering amount of protein everyday. In Macfadden's material he told of the harmful effects taking too much protein had on the body. His suggestion was considerably less than what the modern Gurus were promoting. It seems a bit strange that Macfadden, born in 1868 would be much more accurate than those born many decades after him.

I've known about increased protein consumption risks long before I posted that video. "The China Study" & "7 Countries Study" nonwithstanding. I eat a cartload of fruits, herbs & broccoli family. I've never been a big meat eater. I'm told I look good for my age. REF: Diet High in Meat Proteins Raises Cancer Risk for Middle-Aged People - Scientific American www.scientificamerican.com/article/diet-high-in-meat-proteins-raises-cancer-risk-for-middle-aged-people/#=========================== Update: I need to qualify the above statement with extra caveats: I stay away from all cereal grains & processed milk. I'm not a horse or a cow. I'm not against all meat per se. I'm for organ meats not muscle meats.

Graphene Oxide? Funny how there are no actual photos of a "virus" infecting any cells, only CGI drawings. What they have labeled "virus" is part of our immune system. This evil program considers humans to be a disease that needs to be eliminated, and what better way to do it undetected by most humans than to destroy human immune system ...... decoded term; "antiviral" = anti-human immune system. Personal electronic devices combined with injected metal nanoparticles like GO and AuNP, subjected to EMF ..... ? Sounds like that just might do it? We have known for a long time the Dengue "virus" is a parasite. From the linked article: From the above quote: "The best metal nanoparticles effective against bacteria and viruses are silver nanoparticles (AgNPs)." ???????????? We already have colloidal silver, but the media has advertised that it is ineffective against "virus". Aha, ha! The MSM and evil speakers continually contradict themselves and yet people choose to ignore it.

............................................................ All I know is colloidal silver is in my field medical kit along with tampons & my 72 hour bugout bag. I leave the erudition & virus debate up to u.

These days I do sissy squats either as a burnout set or standalone exercise. It's better than leg extensions which do kill ur knees over time. If u work the legs, you'll get cock diesel like Tom Platz(1). I do German Volume Training, 10 sets of 10 reps, done unilaterally. Training unilaterally has a "contralateral training effect". Plus, u won't fry ur CNS training if u train legs alternately & separately twice per week. Now it begs the question: "How can I train sissy squats unilaterally, genius?" Grab a TRX trainer & hook it over the door or u can simply open any door & thread a towel around both doorknobs while humping the door jam. Kneel down on one leg & lean back on the posterior leg with the forward leg thrusted out a bit for counter balance while holding on to ur TRX or threaded towel on the doorknobs for support. U can add a weighted vest or divers belt for more intensity if u got game like that? Source: [1]68-year-old Tom Platz shows amazing leg development | dzen.ru/a/ZKfuDG7OVy8W_Z7n

If You're doing these one leg at a time You're a beast. Sissy squats like he is showing just don't feel good for my knees. I am fine with these two versions but I'm partial to the banded ones:
