This medical shower chair can be adjusted in height and weighs only 5 lbs. It can be easily moved around where needed. I have one.

Hi Bruce,
Can you explain what exercises you'd need this for? Just speaking for myself, but, other than my incline bench presses, I try to do as much of my training while standing as possible.
Thanks

I have short bands attached to either side at the top of a doorway. I sit underneath them in the doorway, reach up, grab the Hook Handles and do wide lat pulldowns.
I set the chair about 6' from an anchor placed at floor level with bands and a Hook Handle attached to it. While seated, I grab hold of the Hook Handle, brace my elbow against a knee, and do concentration curls, and then I repeat with the other arm.
I use the chair for underhand wrist curls.

I have an old wooden chair that I use for the cable concentration curls. Also use it for reverse wrist curls and wrist curls. If I feel like a change up from pull ups or chins I do the lat pulldowns with the short bands. But I do them kneeling, sitting on my calves.

, I know that. That's the only way I can get any range of motion with that exercise.

No not a chinup. It's a back exercise that can be done with Your cables that gives a nice little pump. I called it a straight arm pulldown because that's the name I learned years ago. But every video I've seen calls it a pushdown so call it what You will. This video is like 4 minutes but I thought it was the better description of the exercise.

When my The Hook first arrived, I unpacked it, ignored the instructions and did that. It feels good.
