I bought the Holland & Barrett one 5%. They had a sale on so thought I'd try it. One thing that was noticeable was that it stopped me getting the great coffee buzz I like first thing in the morning. I imagine highly stressed people would find it good. Thanks. I've thought about trying it to help with sleep but don't fancy the hangover thing. Have had that with nytol and tryptophan. Noticed a few reviews on H&B saying that the bottle leaked and the dropper was useless. Did you find that? I heard about a friend of a friend who is trialing it for MS. Her doc said there are so many different strains of CBD and each one works slightly differently......

I've no idea how people have problems in that respect -- unless they are taking it with them everywhere. It didn't improve my sleep at all. It didn't give me a hangover feeling. I just felt stress free. But too stress free. It made me feel lazy and unmotivated. They even commented at work today that I'd been really laid back last week but hyper this week -- so I told them why!

Whiffet you took 5% cbd oil? I currently take like 5 drops full spectrum CBD 20% every morning/evening and I must say it works pretty good. It's like a painkiller without the negative side effects and I sleep like a baby

I bought a jar of CBD pain creme at a place close to where I live last week , and both my wife and I have used in on your knees and the stuff is amazing, her pain has diminished and the pain in my right knee has diminished also, it’s a little pricey, but the stuff works, my doctor even suggested that I get some.

Yes it's quite expensive isn't it? Then again, our health is the last thing we should cutback on. I still wish CBD product were less expensive. Why can't the pharma industry mass produce stuff like that
