that #42 exercise is also in the X5 chart, its OK for neck, you push down with chin flexing front of neck just resting hands on top and using them as a "cushion"

I get it. I'm still not going to do any body-part specific stuff except for grip/forearms. Compound, full body exercise at a level I can maintain every day, and multiple times per day if I choose, is my direction. Using no plan as plan. Having no goal as goal.

I do these. I also push the ball around with my head under tension in all directions. That is one of my favorites, but not shown in video I like them Stormshadow. I think I remember reading in Brooks Kubiks bodyweight course similar exercises with a ball kids would use for kick ball. Another couple of exercises I got from Pavel were done laying on the floor. You put a towel on Your forehead and use a light KB(10-18lbs) while laying on Your back. Lift Your chin towards the ceiling. Another one lay on Your stomach and put Your forehead on the ground. You should use a matt or towel. Than You roll from ear to ear on Your forehead. You can apply tension by push down with Your head. You can also do this laying on Your back. He said Paul Anderson did this exercise.

A under inflated ball can be effectively used for many exercises; the resulting feedback is a crude gauge of intensity .
