I had to get this just right. I just had to come up with the best tasting Cafe Mocha ever. I did a lot of experimenting until I got just the flavor I was looking for. Fond of Café Mocha? Tired of paying a fortune for a bottle of Café Mocha? Here is an easy to make recipe for the best tasting Café Mocha you'll ever wrap your Café Mocha lovin' lips around! Brew 4 Cups of fresh coffee. Place the carafe on a hot pad. Stir in 1 level Tbsp Natural Baker's Cocoa. Stir thoroughly. Stir in 3 level Tbsp Nestlé's Chocolate Quick. Stir thoroughly. Stir in 1 Tbsp Raw Unfiltered Honey. Stir thoroughly. Stir in 1 1/2 Cups of milk and 1/2 Cup of Root Beer. Refrigerate in a 32 oz. glass bottle. Shake well before serving. One delicious glass of Brucie Mocha costs just pennies. -- Luscious Mocha Lass by Sticks

A lot of sugar (sucrose and fructose).
Don't think that would be approved by Dr. Jason Fung or Whiffet...

Coffee black - and, the blacker, the better.
I don't understand why you would bother with raw, unfiltered honey mixed up with all of that other shit. Might as well just use the cheap, crap, honey that's been adulterated with canola oil.

I didn't say it was a health drink, I said it was Brucie Mocha, and it is absolutely delicious.
What's more, there is no guess work. Measure out the ingredients exactly as stated, and when made, it will fill a 32 oz. glass bottle right up to the very tippy-top. I get these glass bottles, filled with various juices, from the health food section in my grocery store.
You'll notice, too, that the title of this thread is not, " A Great New Beverage for Mr. Potatohead".

I hear that vehicle anti-freeze is also sweet and delicious, if that is what is most important in an ingestible substance. The manufacturers make their products chemically delicious and addictive. They know that people are more concerned with great tasting products and convenience than they are about nutrition and avoiding toxins. Tasty, food-like substances from the chemistry lab to your table. What could possibly be better for a human than that?
Of course, adding sugar, sugar and more sugar is also quite tasty. It facilitates lots of inflammation and fat building.

Like Dr. Jason Fung points out in his book (thanks to the person that posted the link to Fung's website): sugar (sucrose) -- which is 1/2 glucose and 1/2 fructose -- along with pure fructose drives ectopic fat storage. Per Dr Fung: Ectopic fat is the fat the body stores as intra-muscular fat, fat around the organs (visceral) and inflammatory fat headed into your arteries.

Too bad caffeine powder is no longer available but at least Jet Alert from Wal-Mart is still a cheap enough to satisfy a robust caffeine habit .
