Yesterday: friend loaned his 32kg KB to try out for a day. FUN!!! After warming up with lighter KB and a couple of burpees: 5 x 5 x 1 armed swings per side, last rep into overhead press. Superset with 4 - 5 reps/parallel grip chins. Planks: 3 x 1:00 McGill Core work and stretch Today: a little (good) sore this morning -- just enough to convince me will be heading for a walk or bike ride vs a run. Very happy. Hoping this would be Billfish approved!
