His posts, as I recall, were always "here's the information, take it or leave it". Unlike other self-proclaimed gurus who open and close each post telling you how great they are and proclaiming the end of the world is coming next week.

I'm not familar with Dr Crunch so I have a question.Did he just hold the Pull up in one position? Was it top, middle or bottom?

He reaches up and grabs hold of a chinning bar overhead. I have to assume it is low enough so that he can do so while standing, and pulls, I guess at about 60% for 1 minute. He claims that it effects a number of muscles in your body. I forget the number, something like 16.
You never experienced the legendary Dr. Crunch? You poor guy. He appeared one day and took the fitness forums by storm. His praises were, and still are, sung high and low.
He is a chiropractor from Florida (searched his name, and he is). He also said that he was a Sports Doctor for the Miami Dolphins. I haven't been able to find anything on that, but that was awhile ago and I haven't searched to the nth degree.

No I have never heard of him. Sounds like an interesting person. When I first started bodyweight exercise I have done something similar which I got from Matt furey's Gama Fitness. Very interesting concept, Thanks for bringing this up!

The chinup bar pulls can be done in multiple positions with multiple platforms . That is not what Dr Crunch suggests but it's worthy of experimentation .
