I spend my 150 minutes a week making love to butch women and punching walls, it's sort of a HIIT routine.

Periodization werks fur me! More aerobic exercise interspersed with Intermittent Hypoxic Training for Spring.
Hopefully, I'll work up towards sprinting or incorporate more WAON Therapy if I don't keel over from it.

Up until recently it was bodyweight squats, pushups and neutral grip pullups but then I got a spin bike and started doing the spin bike instead of the squats and kept going with the pushups and pullups. For the past week it's been spin bike and an upper body dumbbell routine. I've added swings back in. There's are like kettlebell swings but using two dumbbells. The dumbbells are held outside of the legs. I had forgotten how good my legs feel when I do these regularly.
