Yeah, recoup changes with age stink. I can feel so good doing stuff, then not sleep well and feel dragged out the next day.

You could make that routine work if You cut down on the exercises. Example would be instead of do all 3 shoulder exercises in one session You could do one each session. Like upright rows on Monday, Side Laterals on Wednesday, and Military Press on Friday. This would give You some variety. You have more experience than myself but You could eliminate other exercises too. Full body workouts are very doable for older guys. I find full body or an Upper/Lower split works best for myself. When I do an Upper/Lower body split I just do 4 sessions a week. Bruce would do 6 sessions which would leave him one day of rest. I would get a total of 3 days of rest from strength/hypertrophy training.
